Refund Policy

By booking a session or purchasing a therapy package through www.anushkachhajed.com, you agree to the following refund terms.

All therapy services are offered on a prepaid basis and are confirmed only upon successful payment. Once a session is completed, it is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

For cancellations, clients may reschedule or cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel within this window, your session will either be rescheduled or held as credit. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, are considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. This policy helps maintain fairness and respect for the therapist’s time and availability.

If you have purchased a 10-session therapy package, the entire package becomes non-refundable once the first session is completed. The remaining sessions must be used within three months of the first session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unused sessions after this validity period are forfeited and will not be refunded.

In rare cases, such as duplicate payments or technical errors, you may contact us for a review. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days to your original method of payment. Any payment gateway fees or processing charges are non-refundable.
